Why is this track called "Consequences"?
I have no idea. It just is.
Unlike "Traction Control" where there was a story behind each track, this EP has proved a lot less dramatic. I was in a good place, and writing all the time. No need to question why.
But while I'm at it, I can say that this is probably the first track I've ever written thats built around a "concept lick", in this case fingerpicked arpeggios which repeat throughout the tune. I'm not against songs-as-exercises per se, just that they don't come to me that readily.
Anyway It's a pretty sweet rocker that ticks all the right boxes.
